- Item State: All returns must be shipped back in an unused, brand-new condition, completely unaltered, and within their original product packaging.

- Reduced Pricing Exclusions: There is a strict no-refund, no-reimbursement, and no-replacement policy for any outlet goods or products purchased under a reduced price or active discount campaign.
- Affiliate Offer Dynamics: Because our NanoPolix distribution funnels feature multi-tiered discount bundles (such as 60%, 65%, 70%, or 75% OFF packages), these purchases are legally categorized as promotional special offers and are bound by the supplier’s final sale terms.
The Return Workflow
- Initiating a Claim: Contact support with your Order ID, a detailed explanation, and clear photographic proof of the product’s condition.
- RMA & Address Issuance: Upon approval, our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code alongside a localized 4PX hub address (spanning regions like the USA, UK, Germany, and Australia).
- Return Shipping: The customer must pay for trackable shipping to the provided hub and share the tracking receipt with support. Unregistered packages that do not reach our centers cannot be credited.
- Refund Application: Once received and audited (taking 5–7 business days), approved funds will be issued back to your original payment method, taking 3–20 business days to reflect depending on your banking institution.
