Eligibility Framework for Returns

  • 30-Day Evaluation Window: To be eligible for an evaluation or return, you must contact our customer service team via email within 30 calendar days following the official delivery date.
  • Item State: All returns must be shipped back in an unused, brand-new condition, completely unaltered, and within their original product packaging.

Crucial Discount & Promotional Exclusions

  • Reduced Pricing Exclusions: There is a strict no-refund, no-reimbursement, and no-replacement policy for any outlet goods or products purchased under a reduced price or active discount campaign.
  • Affiliate Offer Dynamics: Because our NanoPolix distribution funnels feature multi-tiered discount bundles (such as 60%, 65%, 70%, or 75% OFF packages), these purchases are legally categorized as promotional special offers and are bound by the supplier’s final sale terms.

The Return Workflow

  1. Initiating a Claim: Contact support with your Order ID, a detailed explanation, and clear photographic proof of the product’s condition.
  2. RMA & Address Issuance: Upon approval, our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code alongside a localized 4PX hub address (spanning regions like the USA, UK, Germany, and Australia).
  3. Return Shipping: The customer must pay for trackable shipping to the provided hub and share the tracking receipt with support. Unregistered packages that do not reach our centers cannot be credited.
  4. Refund Application: Once received and audited (taking 5–7 business days), approved funds will be issued back to your original payment method, taking 3–20 business days to reflect depending on your banking institution.
