Order Processing & Cancellation Window
- 12-Hour Correction Window: Because our fulfillment system is fully automated to ensure the fastest dispatch possible, you have a strict 12-hour window from the moment of purchase to request modifications or cancellations.
- Shipped Orders: Once an order has been transmitted to our global fulfillment centers or shipped within this timeframe, it cannot be canceled or modified in transit.
Shipping & Delivery Terms
- Standard Delivery Timeframe: After a standard 1–3 business day processing window, the estimated delivery time for your order is 5 to 12 business days.
- Extended Force Majeure Window: Please note that international logistics can occasionally experience disruptions. In cases of customs delays, holiday backlogs, or national carrier handovers, our average delivery timeframe may be extended by an additional 14 business days.
Returns & Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
- Customer Responsibility: All shipping fees, taxes, and handling costs incurred when returning an item for a refund or exchange are the sole responsibility of the customer. We do not provide pre-paid return shipping labels.
